This is the best room I have personally seen in London. It is genuinely enormous. It is a two floor ensuite that is the size of a small one bedroom flat.
The room has a row of floor to ceiling wardrobes that cover an entire wall, various cupboards, and 2 eaves that run the length of the room, so the amount of storage space available is extremely generous.
The house itself is also massive. It has three bathrooms, a basement, and a spacious paved garden. The ground floor is open-plan with high ceilings. This much living space is a rare treat in London.
Most of the current housemates are people that used to be fun that have turned over a new leaf/got old. So if you initiate fun times, they'll usually join in, but are disappointingly pedestrian when left to their own devices.
In the new tenants, we're looking for people that are relaxed, sociable, love to take part when we throw parties, but also know how to keep communal space tidy.
We're currently redecorating which is why there are no sofas in the living room and bits of furniture around. We'll be finished by the time you move in.
The room has been mostly emptied, but still has a bed, a desk, a chair, bookshelves, and a sofa is available. These can all be removed if not needed.
