A spacious double bedroom on the second floor of a 2 bed house with a Live Out housemate.
I will have a room in the house but will not be staying there >95% of the time, and very rarely overnight. You will essentially be in the house alone the large majority of the time.

There is a shared living room, kitchen and bathroom.
The house has a front and back garden and patio area with French doors leading to the kitchen. Great for relaxed summer mornings and weekends.
Kitchen contains white goods – fridge freezer, washing machine, oven and microwave and dish washer.

There are solar panels on the roof so electricity bills will be lower.

House is unfurnished.
Bills not included.

Close to Archway (Northern Line) and Finsbury Park (Piccadilly & Victoria Line) underground stations and Crouch Hill and Upper Holloway overground stations.
Green, quiet and sociable street. Close to restaurants and bars of Finsbury park, and Crouch End village.
