Bedroom: Medium size modern room, lots of natural light, Double bed, New Drawers, desk and cupboard. Good wfh space.

House:
Fancy 4 story Georgian terrace, with x4 bedrooms, new appliances, large kitchen, great TV and lounge room and large dining room.

Rooms:
- Lounge+dining: large couch, large tv and x6 seat dining
- Kitchen: has two fridges with ice maker, coffee machine and x2 ovens. Space to put your bike out the back.
- Bathrooms: x2 bathrooms, x1 additional toilet. Large bathroom has walk in shower and large bath.
- Backyard: space for bike and there's a with BBQ.

Housemates:
x3 others, one of which is the landlord. x1 tenant isn’t here most days, so typically the house feels empty and large. The landlord has his teenage daugher stay once a week in the spare room, who is awesome.
The tenants are: All Male in-between 27 and 50s.
Work Backgrounds: Film, Documentaries, Food, and video games. x2 are gay. We also have x2 dogs (Terriers) that stay on the weekends, and a teenage daughter that stays one day a week. Everyone is chill and friendly.

Location:
Quiet street, 5 min walk from Archway tube station, and Holloway Overground.
5 mins to Tesco, Aldi, Sainsbury’s shops.

Tenant preferences:
Mature, dog friendly, nice, easy going and respectful person. Prefer singles. This is a non-party house, as we have an (awesome) teenager staying x1 night a week. Please describe what you do during the day and evenings and a bit about yourself. Open to students and professionals.
