Monday to Wednesday Only Let (1-2 Nights)

Hello,

I am looking for a responsible part-time lodger to stay on Monday and/or Tuesday nights, suitable for those looking to work in their London office for 2-3 days a week (unfortunately, I cannot accommodate a full-time lodger or those who are looking to work from home).

Location and transport:

This room is based in a 2 bedroom Victorian conversion flat, conveniently situated less than a 10-minute walk from Archway station (Zone 2) on the Northern line, with Upper Holloway station also nearby. Archway is well-served by numerous transport/bus routes and offers easy access to the heart of the city, along with a variety of shops and restaurants.

Room and amenities:

The room available is fully furnished and the flat is maintained to a high standard, cleaned once a week by a cleaner.

Pricing:

For 2 nights per week: £500 per calendar month
For 1 night per week: £400 per calendar month
All bills are included in the rent
