Lots of shops, cafes and restaurants and utility shops (aldi, lidl, tesco, sainsbury’s) nearby.

Sharing the house with three other rooms. One of the rooms is an ensuite and is occupied by a nice and tidy couple so you would be sharing the bathroom with only two other people. There’s also a big backyard at the back of the house.

The rent is 996£pcm and bills are paid with one extra week rent every six months. Deposit is three weeks rent.
