Hi there,

This is Chloe, Lexuan, and Weijia. We are sharing a beautiful and cozy house in Islington and looking forward to having a new flatmate. The bills and council tax share is around 80 pounds per person monthly.

The house is located in a peaceful residential area. Your room is the biggest one in the house; it is west-facing and well-naturally lit. We'll share a bathroom, a kitchen, and a spacious living room, which are always neat and welcoming.

A Tesco is only a 5-minute walk away. 10-15 min-walk will lead you to Tesco superstore, Aldi, M&S, Morrison, Lidl. Also, Jolene Mill & Bakery, one of the best café in London, is just at the comer. So, if you don't want to waste any money on transportation, you still have a lot to do just by foot in this neighborhood.

Regarding the transportation, the house is also perfect. A 15-minute walk to Finsbury Park or Archway, then Piccadilly/Victoria/Thameslink/Northern are all in your hands. Besides, bus 91 is 5-min away, direct to the central in half an hour.

We are all introverts and respect each other's privacy, so the house is always quiet. But we won't mind if you invite your friends over sometimes or initiate conversations with us. We're flexible, open-minded, and easy-communicated people.
