Sublet in homely Archway flat (flexible dates)

(Please read full description before messaging and indicate you understood it is a sublet!)

As I will be returning home for 3 months this, June, July and August, I’m looking for someone to sublet my room in our lovely flat in Archway.

THE FLAT:

The room is a small double bed and the flat has a big bright living room with a dining table and sofas to chill and watch TV.
It’s on the top floor in a three story house and unfortunately there is no lift available.
Very conveniently located in Hornsey Road, short walk to Archway station and plenty of shops and pubs on our doorsteps :) Also a short walk from Crouch End, which has a lot of cute restaurants and coffees and parks like Waterlow park and Hampstead Heath.

FLATMATES:

You will be sharing with Johnny and Emma in their mid twenties/early thirties.

A little bit about them: Emma is from Vienna and she’s an actress. She’s applying for different filmmaking and screen acting schools and loves going to gigs, watch films, write or go for a nice brunch in her free time.
She’s gonna be away traveling for a couple of months so she’s subletting her room as well for that time. In May, You are going to share the flat with Harry instead, he’s 23 years old and works in films - doing a really cool project at the moment!
Johnny is a primary school teacher also into musical theatre and instruments. He likes to cook and the occasional trip to the pub with friends.

We hang out together sometimes over a shared meal or a glass of wine but we also have our own very busy lives and are respectful of each other’s spaces.

DATES:

I’m going away around the start of June until August (still don’t know exact dates), so this is flexible and can be extended a little if you like!

RENT & BILLS:

Rent + council tax + WiFi is £660
On top of that, you will take turns paying for electricity via the top up reader which is super cheap (usually around £20/£30 each month, less when it gets warmer)
