Flat is off the main road so no traffic noise and Hampstead Heath is just a 15-minute walk away!
Loads of amenities nearby including Aldi, Co-op, Tesco’s, M&S, Sainsbury’s, Iceland, hardware stores, pound shops, charity shops, pharmacy, post office, all within a 10-minute walk. Gyms (one with a swimming pool) also within 5-15 minute walk.
You will be sharing with 3 Irish girls aged 25-27, all of which are working professionals in occupational therapy and the charity sector.
We’re looking for someone who is friendly and tidy, we spend some time together (dinners, drinks, watching tv) in the house but also do our own thing so it would be great to have someone who fits with this!
The flat is available for sublet from 1st May - 22nd August when the lease ends. There may be the possibility of extension, which would be confirmed in June.
Our lovely flat has a kitchen, a bright living/dining area, an outdoor patio that catches the sun well during summer, 1 main bathroom (including toilet) and 1 separate toilet.
Rent is £800 pm with all other bills roughly £60-£90 pm (less in the summer).
