Family looking to share flat

Full time working single mum to a lovely toddler looking to share flat with one more person. Needs to like children, be family oriented, respectful of having young child around (no smoking, no swearing, no late loud music, relaxed having child’s toys in living room :) …
All bills included, your bedroom has a bunk single bed and underneath a desk (optional)/working area and a wardrobe.
We can share patio, kitchen, bathroom, living room, washing machine. The flat is a two floor property , entrance on a ground floor., bedrooms and bathroom on first floor). Building is small, 4 flats only using intercom. Very quiet neighbours.
We are 14mins walk to Archway underground and 11mins walk to Upper Holloway overground.

I work 3 days from office and 2 from home, while little one goes to childcare 4 days at week.

We would prefer , ideally , someone that speaks Spanish .

Notes:
-My child spends her weekends at her dad’s every 2 weeks
-Black cat in the kitchen not ours :)
