Bright double room in two bed Archway flat sharing with one other person only, no living room, this is what used to be the living room so it is the biggest room.

The room is unfurnished apart from a wardrobe, so this would be good for someone with their own things, the room has just been freshly painted and a new comfy carpet has been installed.

The flat has access to a it's own patio and is located in the Whitehall Park conservation area of Archway.

Who is this for:
I am looking for a female flatmate mainly, not a party person and its a bonus if you are spiritual as I am a tarot reader and herbalist and all around witch, I mostly work from home sometimes with clients coming over but I will always let you know if that is the case.
This would suit someone that doesn't work from home mainly.

Rent is £950 and bills are around £200 (a little more in winter for heating). Council Tax Band is C which is (£185), plus I would like to split a cleaner coming in for the general areas every couple of weeks to keep things tidy.

It's a great area, close to transport links, Waterlow Park and both Highgate and Archway shops (always felt really safe even at night!).

There's cute cafes at either end of the street and a nice sense of community.

The landlord lives upstairs with his family and is super friendly and quick to sort repairs etc.
