My housemate is sadly moving out, and I'm looking for her replacement.

This is a really lovely, cosy flat with tall ceilings, huge windows and great neighbours. I'd love to find someone who loves it as much as I do. There's ample space for bikes inside, too!

ABOUT THE ROOM
— Rent is £870pcm, bills are an additional £100 ish on top, inc council tax, wifi, heating, etc)
— Available from the 7th-13th March
— Deposit is ~£750
— Comes furnished with a double bed and built-in storage.
— There's additional storage on the landing for shoes, clothes, coats etc.
— Space in the lounge for a desk
— You'll also need to pass reference checks, and be earning at least 2.5 times the annual rent

This is a fab flat, partly because it's so cosy, and partly because everything you need is basically on your doorstep...

— 10/15 mins walk from Archway Tube
— 20 mins walk/10 mins by bus from Finsbury Park tube
— Several cafes on the road (also doing fresh bread)
— An organic shop to buy fun, fresh, slightly spenny foods
— 10 mins walk from Aldi, Sainsbury's and Tesco if you blow your money in the organic shop and have to reign it in
— Plenty of gyms in the area
— 20mins walk from Hampstead Heath

I'm Lauren, 26, work in creative consulting and love being outside, cycling, running, crap TV – all that good stuff.
