We’re offering a lovely, cosy room in our charming 2-bedroom flat.

The house is just a 5-minute walk from Archway Station, situated on a charming street with semi-detached houses. The neighborhood is clean, safe, and friendly, and you’re only a 15-minute walk to Hampstead Heath! For your shopping needs, Lidl and Sainsbury’s are just a quick 5-minute walk away.

You’ll be sharing the flat with my wonderful friend Martyn, a 39-year-old professional (LGBT🌈) working in architecture. He’s rarely home, so the atmosphere is quiet and peaceful.

Leaving this place is truly heartbreaking because it’s hands down the nicest flat I’ve ever lived in during my time in London (and I’ve lived in many!). We’re looking for a clean and considerate tenant as cleanliness is important to us.

Here’s the key info:
• Move-in date: ASAP
• Rent: £1050 per month
• Bills: Approximately £150 (less during warmer months)

Please note our current lease runs until the 14th of April, but after that, the lease will be extended for another year.
