I am moving out of my beautiful room in archway! Room available now.
The flat is ground floor and comes with a generous livingroom & kitchen area that backs onto a private patio space.
I have an en-suite too, so would be some use of the bathroom.
The room comes with two wardrobes, chest of drawers, two small bed side tables and a bed & mattress.
My flatmate is a lovely young art graduate (23), she’s super friendly and loves cats so pets would be welcome!
Archcway is super well connected, with the station less than a 5 minute walk away and on the northern line. 20 minute walk away from Hampstead heath which is beautiful in the summer time too.
The (rough average!) of the bills is usually around £180 a month, varying of course with utilities usage.
