Large double Archway (900 All bills)

Very large double room with comfortable mattress and loads of storage offered in friendly flat share to non-smoker / non-vaper available now. Please note I cant hold the room if you're not ready to move in or if you cant start paying rent straight away.

Large shared kitchen/diner/sitting room and bathroom with another male (27) and female (26) Both have busy lives working/studying/social.
All bills included -Gas, council tax, central heating, gas. wifi, cleaner every two weeks (you'd be expected to clean the flat every six weeks) . When you leave each room, you'd leave it the way you found it...ie you have breakfast you'd wash and put away the dishes before leaving the kitchen (if you don't understand this concept you're not the right mix for this flat share. )

We are looking for kind, clean, tidy and a considerate flatmate

This flat share would suit someone who goes into the office rather than hybrid working. Unfortunately neither of us are around much (out working, see family and friends). So it would be suitable for someone independent. No party animals, this is a quiet flat share

8 min walk to Archway on Northern line station
3 minutes' walk to Upper Holloway Overground station
No agencies. No couples, smokers or working from home or hybrid workers. Sorry about this, just our preference

In your reply it would be helpful to know where do you currently live? Who are you living with family/friends houseshare/flat share? Where do you work /location in London? How often are you in the office/workplace?

Rooms go very quickly. The sooner you reply and view the room the more likely you to get the room
