Two double rooms available for short-term let in a lovely Victorian townhouse, located on a quiet residential street in Archway.

The house is very well connected:
·      2-minute walk to the nearest bus stop
·      10-minute walk to Archway station.
·      Tufnell Park station also within walkable distance
Walkable distance to Crouch end, where there’s a Waitrose
 
There are plenty of big grocery stores nearby, including Aldi, M&S, Sainsbury Local, Tesco, and other grocery stores, all within a 10-minute walk. The area has a great selection of restaurants, local cafes, and gyms.
It’s also within walking distance from Hamstead Heath, Waterlow Park and Highgate woods. We are within walking distance of Crouch end, which is a bustling area. Archway market happens every Saturday, with a lovely selection of independent stalls selling handmade items.
 
 
The House:
 
This Victorian house has lots of character and a warm, cosy feel. and clean with professional and welcoming housemates.

· 3 bathrooms + 1 bath
· Spacious living room with sofas and a TV — perfect for movie nights
· A large dining room with wide French doors opening onto the garden
· Private garden with furniture, a shed, and a BBQ (well used in summer!)
· Fully equipped kitchen including a dishwasher. Includes our washing machine.
· Tumble dryer located in the basement
 
Room 1 (top floor): A bright and spacious double room with large windows that receive lovely morning sunlight. There’s a beautiful decorative fireplace (not in use), which adds real Victorian charm, along with built-in wardrobes offering plenty of storage. The room is furnished with a double bed (mattress included but not pictured).
We are ideally looking for a professional who works standard office hours, as the neighbouring housemate works early mornings.
 
Room 2: We also have a room available on the second floor that is fully furnished and has a wardrobe and a cupboard. It has large windows that look out onto the garden, which makes it feel quiet and private.
 
You’ll be sharing with three other friendly working professionals, who are very welcoming and chill. We are looking for professionals who are tidy, respectful of others and reliable. Our house has a nice balance between personal space and friendly vibes. We value a calm, quiet environment, especially in the evenings so if you’re looking for a relaxed and cozy house to live in, this is the perfect place.
 
 We have a cleaner come in once a week and deep cleans the house (excluding our rooms). This is apart of the utility bill.

Rent is paid on the 20th of each month.
Bills are not included.
