Hey, myself (27F) and my lovely flatmate Emily (27F) are looking for someone to join our 3 bedroom flat in Archway.
The rent is £850 a month with bills averaging at £135. You would also need to provide a deposit. The flat is a 5 min walk to the bus stop/overground and a 10 min walk to Archway tube station. We are also a 30-40 min walk from Highgate and Hampstead Heath.
We are looking for a working professional in their mid to late 20s. We are both very tidy and sociable and consider the flat our home. We enjoy girls nights, watching movies, dancing and the occasional (not so occasional) trip to the garden centre. We would love to find a new friend as well as a flatmate but are also very respectful of personal space.
