The House
Victorian terrace with a garden (BBQ + firepit), living room connected to the kitchen, upstairs bathroom and downstairs WC. The kitchen has all the essentials including a dishwasher, plus a really useful upstairs drying room.

The Room
Large furnished room with bed, sofa, TV and wardrobe (wardrobe can be included or removed if preferred).

Housemates
You’ll be living with 4 friendly young professionals in their mid-20s: Nelma (actress), Cameron (accountant and great cook), James (works in law), and Rochelle (works in logistics and has great fashion sense). It’s a relaxed, respectful house where everyone has their own routines but still enjoys the occasional chat, glass of wine, or summer BBQ in the garden.

Who We’re Looking For
Ideally someone mid- to late-20s, LGBTQ+ friendly. No couples or pets. The agency requires proof of full-time employment.

Location
10 mins to Archway Station (Northern Line), close to Highgate, with great bus links (43, 134, C11) and plenty of parks, cafes and shops nearby.
