We are looking for a lovely person to move into our two-storey garden flat from April as our friend Emily is moving out to live with her boyfriend (boo). The room is available from 11 April (with flexibility to move in a bit later if needed).

The bedroom is a double and comes furnished with a large built-in wardrobe and desk. You will also have sole use of the family bathroom (with the best water pressure in London tbh). If needed, you can buy the current double bed/mattress (comfy and in good condition) from Emily for cheap!

Our flat is on a quiet residential street – it has high ceilings and big windows and is nicely decorated with lots of built in storage. There is a very large open plan kitchen/lounge with lots of space and comfortable, nice furniture where we spend most of our time hanging out together. We also have a big garden as well which is great for the summer months!

The house is a 5min walk from Archway Underground or Upper Holloway Overground. Good bus routes are also at the end of the road.

Rent for the room is £1,125pcm. Bills are not included in the rent (although since we moved in the landlord has covered the electricity bill) and we each contribute £110pcm which covers gas/water/virgin internet/council tax (Band E)/TV licence.

The deposit is £1,557.50 and is held in a secure deposit protection service. The flat complies with HMO requirements and is managed by a corporate landlord who are very organised and responsive. They’ll need to run all the usual referencing checks to approve you for move in.

About Us:

We are three friends: Elizabeth, Joanna and Victoria.

We all work full-time – Elizabeth as a civil servant, Joanna in design PR, and Victoria in pensions. We are looking for another clean and respectful flatmate who we can get along and socialise with.

Elizabeth is a beautiful combination of a teenage boy and an OAP – she loves playing video games, card games and birdwatching. Elizabeth’s role in the house is the energy builder so you gotta be ready to watch her dance and gyrate her way around the kitchen.

Joanna loves the theatre, arts, and has a really cool jewellery collection. Joanna's role in the house is enforcing fun seasonal activities and trying to trick people into thinking she bakes.

Victoria is a former competitive cheerleader and has competed at the World Championships twice! More importantly, she is our resident spider-catcher, and we shall be forever grateful to her for this role.

We will get on especially well if you like - watching Traitors, crafty shit, theatre, gym, chilling with Netflix and exploring London.

We like to live in a home, not just a house, and would love to have someone else who will also treat it like that.

Our household is inclusive and LGBTQ+ friendly.

If you think you might be a good fit, then please message us with a little about yourself!
