Subletting my room in my archway flat, large room which gets plenty of sunlight. Flat has a seperate shower and toilet and one combined bathroom, kitchen has good whiteware (including a dish washer). Backyard area is great to lounge coming into spring. There is a spare room which we currently just use for drying clothes and storage so heaps of space.
You’ll be sharing with three kiwi lads 30-31 who are all very easy going and great flatmates working full time in the city as young professionals. Easy access to Northern Line Archway station and overground via Upper Holloway. A few good pubs in the area and easy access to a lot of supermarket options.
Room is available for 6 weeks minimum with the possibility of extending, basically I’m moving out of the flat into a new flat as the landlord wants to develop the flat eventually and a spot in another flat became available. Other flatmates may look to stay on a bit longer that the end of May so there may be the option of extending the sublet past 6 weeks.
Council tax is £54 p/month, plus utility bills are pretty standard.
