Sublet with long-term possibility

Hi!
I am Thea and I am looking for someone to sublet my room to in May (Dates 01.05.26 – 17.06.25) but flexible.
My preferred scenario would be to sublet it until the 17.06 and then you take over the contract on the 24th of june (so a week in-between where I can pack up all my things).

The flat is located in Archway (5 minute walk from the station) in a Victorian House with garden and roof terrace which will hopefully be blessed with lots of sunshine next month! There is a chance of taking over the room long-term starting 24th of June, I only need the weekend of the 19th to move out etc.

You would share the house with 4 other flatmates: Julius from Germany (29), Kelly from the US (28), Alex from UK (32) and Tom from the UK (32). It’s a mix of students, unemployed and working people and we would welcome you whatever you do!
It’s a social flat where we watch movies or eat dinner together and occasionally go to the pub around the corner, but no worries if you need time for yourself to rewind. Yesterday for instance Kelly and I went to a Soundbath and afterwards baked a cake for the whole flat!

The room is quite small and equipped with a bed, a shelf and a wardrobe but no desk (when I need a table I use the big one in the living room/kitchen). You would share a bathroom with Kelly and Julius.
