Sunny double room in Archway top-floor flat

Hello! I’m looking for someone to take over my room in Archway for 3 months (18 June – mid September), with potential to extend depending on the household.

THE ROOM
Double bedroom with gorgeous views overlooking Hampstead Heath and really nice evening sun.
- Fully furnished (bed, desk, large built-in wardrobes, chest of drawers, bedside tables)
- Bills come to about £100 a month.

THE FLAT
Top floor flat, overlooking Highgate and Hampstead Heath.
Great transport links:
- 5 minute walk to Archway station
- 2 minute walk to Upper Holloway Station (Suffragette)
- Plenty of buses taking you to Central London and East London

Walking distance to Hampstead Heath and Finsbury Park with some really lovely smaller parks around the area (Tufnell Park is especially lovely).

ABOUT THE HOUSEMATES

The flat consists of two other women who are working professionals (one works for the NHS in sustainability and one works for a University, both aged 26). They're both really lovely, very warm and friendly and always up for a glass of wine, yoga session, or shared dinner in the flat.

Looking for someone who is:
- Can commit to the full three months
- Friendly, tidy and sociable
- Non-smoker
- Full time professional (office-based or hybrid)
- Aged between 25–30
- LGBT-friendly

Note: both housemates are currently considering moving out around late-september, although replacements will be easy to find if you would like to stay on!

IMPORTANT DETAILS
- Deposit is £1077 and rent for the room is £1050 pcm
- Move in date is 18th of June (fixed)
- Tenancy takeover (full referencing required)
