We are 2 international professionals working in the arts and academic world, looking for a 3rd flatmate to share our wonderful garden flat, vegetables, hammock, music instruments, books, film collection and conversation.

We are literally 2 mins from Upper Holloway Station and 6 mins from Archway Tube (Zone 2), with excellent buses taking you to the centre of town/ Angel/ Camden. Cycling to Bloomsbury takes 20 mins. Hampstead Heath is a 20-min walk away, and there is a free outdoor gym + table-tennis setup round the corner. A Turkish bakery is 5 mins away, as are Aldi, Sainsbury's, Tesco, M&S, and a variety of excellent restaurants.

The room is a single with an expanded bed for a shortish person (see pic) - not huge but it's light, long and has its own desk, chair, cupboard, shelves, clothes storage, lamps and rug. There are double-aspect windows with a lovely garden view.

We are looking for an interesting and inspiring professional who is chilled, independent, responsible (cooks, cleans, pays bills and extremely tidy) and has a sense of humour. Better still if you like gardening, films, baking, art/architecture/ DIY projects and morning coffee.
