Tidy, clean, sharers who clean behind themselves and are able to organise themselves a roter to clean the house weekly! Keep the bathroom and toilet clean and fresh for the next!
Use washing up liquid to clean their greasy grill pans and frying pans and actually wash their cups and plates, cutlery after use!!!

Gas and electric not included divided through sharers

Prefer professionals but mature students out days and home at nights with a regular timetable acceptable.

Rubbish goes recycle. Food, paper and glass
There is off street parking but you will need to apply to the Islington Borough for a permit
