Large Room in Quiet Corner of Archway

Available now: a large, bright, airy double room (4.5m x 4.5m) in a spacious two-bedroom flat in a very quiet area just a 4 minute walk from Archway Tube station - zone 2 on Northern line. All bills included - wifi, electricity, water, heat, council tax.

Sharing the flat with one other person - a relaxed American-born Londoner who has lived in the UK for 30 years. I'm a film critic so can offer free advance screenings of upcoming movies. I enjoy time on my own, and also like to cook, travel, socialise, watch bad telly.

The room is furnished with a bed, chest of drawers, large wardrobe, plus space for a desk, chair/futon, and double height ceilings. There's plenty of privacy, as I like to do my own thing, but it's also nice to hang out sometimes. The flat is on two floors, at the top/end of a small block, so there's only one neighbour. There's no lift.

I keep my home clean, but not obsessively so. I like shared areas (living room, bathroom, large dining kitchen) to be warm and comfortable, not messy. I'm looking for a professional who's relaxed, sociable, easy-going. Note that this is an LGBTQ and naturist friendly home.
