Up for rent is a double room in a 3 bed flat, sharing with 2 young professionals. The flat has been recently refurbished and is available from the 1st April.

We have a large open plan kitchen and living room, 1 bathroom and additional toilet. The flat is very spacious and homely and we have really enjoyed living here for the past year.

The flat is within a five minute walk to new Southgate overground station where the train will take you to Finsbury Park in 9 minutes or Moorgate in 25 minutes. The train also had good links to Welwyn Garden city/Hatfield.
The nearest tube station is Arnos Grove on the Piccadilly line and is a 15 minute walk from the flat.

Nearby we have a co-op, good restaurants and a Nuffield health gym.

We have lived in the flat for a year already and are looking for a replacement our flat mate who is moving to live closer to her work.

We are both sociable young professionals both having just completed our first year of work.
We are looking for someone who will treat the flat as their home and will be happy to join in with us for drinks or dinner from time to time as well as someone who is happy to chip in with the cleaning.
