First floor garden view double room with beautiful view of the garden. Well furnished with a 5' luxurious Tempur mattress, built in wardrobe and desk. All bills included with BT Broadband.

This is a very well maintained house. There is an individual bathroom and located on each floor. The Garden View room usually uses the downstairs bathroom with shower. The main bathroom is on the first floor with a bath tub.

Arnos Grove tube is only 5 minutes walk and New Southgate train station is 5 minutes walk. There are buses up the road eg, 34, 251.

The house is cleaned by the domestic assistance every two weeks and the gardeners attend the garden twice a month.

The tenants are welcome to use of the garden.

As I only stay in the house at times so you have almost the sole use of the house most to the time.

The exisiting tenants are twins living in the loft self contained stuido loft conversion with its own kitchen and bathroom.

We are all very tidy, respectful and friendly. I cook dinner and invite the girls whenever I can.
