1x double in friendly house with big living space!

We are three young women (26-27) and a cat who have been sharing a house for two years (we all met on SpareRoom!!), and sadly two of our members are moving on to greener pastures. So we have two rooms on offer, rented individually (EDIT: one room has been taken).

A few details! The property is absolutely gorgeous and fully furnished, with a massive open-plan living room, kitchen, and lounging area downstairs, along with a mid-sized garden with a shed. The kitchen has a large fridge and freezer, a washer, dryer, dishwasher, oven, sink and hob. We have two really nice bathrooms (not fully pictured due to ad limits but we can send photos on request) which comprise two toilets, two showers, and one bathtub.

The room (£730 pcm):
A large double room (regular double bed) with space to work from home. It comes with a chest of drawers, clothing rack, bedside table, sofa, and chair. The current housemate bought the bedframe and desk, and would like to sell them for £45 and £90 respectively (open to negotiate). You would need to bring or buy your own mattress. There is other furniture around the house we can move around/ between rooms if you want more storage. It is on the second floor, North-facing, with a slanted ceiling with a skylight that gives a lovely view of the sunset. You will be sharing the bathroom next to the room with one other housemate (but are also welcome to use the bath on the middle floor!).

We share all the bills equally (usually comes to around £100-£150 per person per month, council tax band E). The house itself is located about a 7 minute walk from Arnos Grove tube station, and there’s also New Southgate Thameslink station about a 13-minute walk away.

We’re looking for another young woman in her 20’s or early 30’s who is clean and friendly (LGBTQ+ welcome, obvs!). We're a very international household as we're all (at least) dual nationals, so bring our British/Dutch/Israeli/American/Malaysian/Canadian food and culture to the table. We’re not a hardcore party house (though we have had our moments!), and we do tend to spend a lot of time together cooking, playing board games, watching TV or just hanging out (though there’s no pressure either way).

You must also be happy to live with a cat! She is nearly 15 and very friendly, and her favourite things are cuddles, playtime, and making a mess of her water bowl.
