Hi everyone!

Im sadly moving out of my lovely home in Arnos Grove at the end of June and I am looking for someone to take our my tenancy (runs until January 2025 with high likelihood of extending).

The house is less than 5 minutes away from Arnos Grove station, 15 mins to Finsbury Park 20 mins from Kings Cross on the Piccadilly line so very easy to get around the city.

Sainsbury's Local 5 mins away, Aldi/B&M 10 mins away and some nice parks a short walk away. We have a lovely pub just across the road from us too, always a perk ha!

The room comes furnished (furniture in the pictures is mine however happy to sell to the new occupant, and we have extra furniture from the Landlord). We have a huge garden which is amazing in the summer, BBQ operating skills go down well! Galley style kitchen, downstairs toilet and upstairs shared bathroom.

You will be sharing with Athina who is 35, recently graduated, and Allie who is 30 and works for Formula 1. Very chill and down to earth people to share with.

We are looking for someone who very clean and tidy. Very much live their own lives but love a catch up in the kitchen, trip to the pub and shared BBQ in the summer.

Rent is £734, not including bills thats come to around £130pm. References required for the agency.
