Very spacious double room Arnos Grove

A rare opportunity to rent a huge, bright double room in a spacious and well kept home just 2 minutes from Arnos Grove Tube Station on the Piccadilly Line, perfect for quick and easy access into Central London.

The house is set over three floors and offers plenty of space throughout, including three large bathrooms, a big fully equipped kitchen and a generous living area. The room itself is very spacious, comes with its own private fridge, and the whole house benefits from lots of natural light, giving it a bright, airy and welcoming feel.

One of the standout features is the beautiful large garden with a terrace and patio area finished with artificial grass, plus a generous natural grass section, ideal for relaxing in the summer. Arnos Park is just 2 minutes away as well, perfect if you enjoy being close to green space. We also have a lovely pub right on the street that we enjoy going to from time to time, which adds a really nice local and social vibe to the area.

Street parking is available with a permit, with restriction only Monday to Saturday between 11am and 12pm, which is very manageable.

You will be sharing with friendly professionals aged between 27 and 35. It is a clean, respectful and relaxed home, and we are looking for someone similar who wants a comfortable place to live and truly feel at home, not just somewhere to sleep.

The rent is £750 per month for a single person or £850 per month for a couple, plus bills. Bills are shared per person and include water, gas, electricity, council tax and internet. During winter, bills are usually around £130 per person, and when heating is not used much they drop to approximately £70 to £80 per person. These amounts are calculated based on what we are currently paying and what we paid last summer. Please note that bills may slightly increase or decrease depending on usage and any general price changes, as is common in the UK.

The room is partially furnished and currently includes a metal wardrobe and a corner desk. Everything else will be removed. You are welcome to bring your own bed and additional furniture. If needed, I can provide one bed, but any extra furniture would need to be purchased by yourself. The only furniture that remains in the room is the wardrobe and the corner desk.

You must have the Right to Rent in the UK and be able to provide a valid share code. If you cannot provide this, please do not get in touch.
