The house: Bright and well laid out, split over 3 levels with 1 big bathroom and an extra toilet. Large kitchen/living area and a small garden.

The room: fully furnished with double bed, wardrobe, desk, bedside table and additional chest of drawers. The room is on the top level.

The cost: £500 for the month, all included.

The flatmates: You will be sharing with 3 male young professionals (26-34) British and Irish, all super friendly, clean, easy-going and respectful

- 5 min walk from Arsenal Station (Piccadilly Line), 3 stops from Kings Cross making it easy to get anywhere in London and beyond
- 15 min walk to Highbury and Islington (Victoria Line and Overground)
- 8 min walk to bus stop (19, 4, 236, N19), provides swift, convenient access to lovely area of Angel.
- Tesco Express just a 4 min walk, also a butchers/greengrocers/fishmongers just up the road
- Holloway Road 10 min walk away (all big supermarkets are there)
