Unfortunately I'm planning to move out of this amazing place in Highbury. It's honestly the perfect flat, in a great location - if it wasn't for life issues getting in the way I'd gladly stay here forever!

Room is available from the 1st of March (once the usual referencing checks etc are completed from the agency), although can be flexible.

FLAT:
The flat is in a small block of 20 flats that are just over 10 years old. It's on 2 levels with a living room, large modern kitchen and 2 bathrooms (one for each bedroom). The flat was designed for shared living, with both bedrooms and bathrooms at separate ends of the flat with their own staircases. It also has a shared garden/patio.

It's neutrally decorated throughout, homely and really great value for its size and the area.

Located at the Highbury end of Blackstock Road so it's quite residential whilst also being within walking distance of the great shops, cafes, restaurants and bars of Highbury, Upper Street, Stoke Newington and Newington Green. It's also just 10 mins walk away from leafy Highbury Fields, Clissold Park, Finsbury Park and Woodbury Wetlands.

TRANSPORT:
The flat has excellent transport links - it's just over 5 mins walk to Arsenal tube (Piccadilly line), 10 mins walk to Finsbury Park (Victoria line) or 15 mins to Highbury & Islington where you can get the Victoria line or Overground. There's also a bus stop outside serving routes 19, 4 and 236 every 3 or 4 minutes.

RENT:
Rent is £780 pcm each, and bills generally come to approximately £130-150 per month each
