Double bedroom in great location! (N5)

We have a lovely double bedroom going in our modern 3 bed flat.

Location |
We're super close to Arsenal (Picadilly) / Highbury & Islington (Victoria Line) & Holloway Rd (Picadilly) tube stations. Highbury Fields and Clissold Park are just a few minute's walks away. We also have some lovely bars and restaurants close by.

The Flat |
The flat has a spacious open plan living room and kitchen -with room to dine. It also has a balcony and large windows, letting in lots of light.

A bit about us |
Jemima and I are both young professions currently working from home. I work in advertising and Jemima in publishing. We like all the usual stuff, eating out, watching TV, going to the pub, etc. We like to keep the place nice and tidy. We also chill together in the evenings but do our own thing, so looking for someone who is happy to chill and make this feel like their home but also feels like they can have their own space too! We're also not a huge party flat!

The Landlord |
The Landlord is really accommodating and quick to reply (although we haven't met her).

Bills |
Bills come to around £110 (although this might change once we return to office). This includes Virgin Wifi, Electricity and Council Tax. We also have Netflix, Prime and Disney Plus.

Viewings |
We're hoping to do viewings on the Monday 20th and Tuesday 21st Sept but drop us a message with a bit about yourself and we can also look to work around you if needs be.
