Double Bedroom in a spacious flat in Arsenal

I am looking for a new flatmate for a 2 bedroom flat in Arsenal. Sadly, my friend is moving-in with her boyfriend and leaving the flat.

The flat is on the second floor. It is located in a very quiet and well connected area, 3 min away from Arsenal tube station, 9 min away from Finsbury Park tube station. It’s a very vibrant neighbourhood. There are several shops and cafes nearby. Both Finsbury and clissold park are in walking distance. The flat is on a residential street but close to many amenities.

The flat comes with a big living space and a fully equipped kitchen. It’s well heated and gets plenty of sunshine during the day. There is a large balcony with a small table and chairs, ideal for having some wine during summer nights. There is a shared bathroom.

The tenancy is up for renewal and the 12-month term starts on June 15th. However, an early move-in date is possible, late April - Early May. The bills are not included, but the monthly cost is approximately £165 pp. We have super fast Gig1 Fibre Broadband. Council Tax Band D.

The bedroom is fully furnished with a large double bed and a big wardrobe.

You will share the flat with me, a 33-year-old professional woman. I have been living in this flat for the last two years. I work in higher education. I work remotely but I travel very frequently for work. I really enjoy living in the area. I love that the flat feels like a home to me. It would be amazing to find someone to share this space with.

I enjoy a balance of socializing and quiet evenings. I'm clean, tidy, and respectful, and I love spending time with my flatmates cooking and watching films on my projector. I hope to find someone chilled and like-minded who's up for sharing occasional meals and chilling together at home while having their own life.
