Large room in shared house by Arsenal tube

Hey everyone,

I am looking for someone to take over my tenancy in a 5 bed/2 bathroom shared house right next door to Arsenal Tube station. The location is amazing! 2 minutes to the tube.

By Highbury fields/clissold park/emirates stadium. And the beautiful back yard backs onto Gillespie park.

It’s a super duper large furnished double room with a private very peaceful back yard only shared with one other.
You will share a bathroom with bath with 2 others. And there is another bathroom if needed.

The price is £1160, internet and water included. council tax, electricity and gas comes to 60-80 depending on the season.

The rest of the tenants are lovely and friendly! There is not shared living room but we have a lot of nice kitchen chats 😊

You will be taking over my tenancy so will be dealt with by the agency and will need references and proof of income.
Tenancy is till the 1st September with the option of extending into a new longer contract 😊

Move in date is a little flexible. Mid to end of March
