I'm Rob, and I'm looking for a new tenant to take over my part of the lease as I'm moving a bit closer to Hampstead. It's a bittersweet departure – I'm excited for my next chapter but will definitely miss this wonderful flat and, especially, the flatmate.

Available from 1st April (with some flexibility).

The room is a double bedroom and comes furnished with a wardrobe (with additional storage space on top), a chest of drawers, and a bedside table. You'll also have extra storage space in the main corridor.

Council tax: Band D (Islington) – around £80 per month.

Residents also have access to a serene communal garden, exclusive to the building, and there is communal bike storage available.

You’ll be living with the amazing Tom – a fantastic and enthusiastic BBC video producer! He’s easy-going, fun-loving, and has become more of a friend than just a flatmate. His amazing hair is an added bonus!

The flat is close to all amenities – shops, cafés, groceries, and Fitness First if you're a gym-goer. You're also just a short stroll from the beautiful Clissold Park.
