WE ARE LOOKING FOR A WOMAN IDENTIFYING 30+

A double room available in a shared house in Highbury.

We have a lovely calm and tranquil home and will be very sorry to see our housemate and friend leave. We are looking for a woman who is clean and tidy and wants to be part of our home.

It is very much a home and has a lovely feel to it, in no way does it feel like a rental. The house culture has been developed over many years, it is supportive, nurturing and we aim for harmony, by caring and sharing. The rent is affordable as there is a very good relationship with the landlord who wants the house looked after. We are looking for someone who can add to creating a home, who doesn't mind chipping in and helping out with the garden or decorating but who also understands and respects the qualities needed to live in a shared space.

In the house at present are two men and two women, 30+ and one of the women is moving out.

The house is a Victorian terraced, the room available is on the ground floor at the back of the house. It's a light and airy double with high ceilings and a large built-in wardrobe.

We also have an amazing garden which is great in the summer for lazy Sundays in the sun. The kitchen door is always open in the summer making the garden another room to the house.

The rent is a £700 per month plus bills (around £120 per month) and the deposit is one month rent. The move in date is the 9th of May.

We have the time to find the right person who understands the house culture and wants to be a part of it. We will be hosting the first round of viewings about one week after posting, this will then be followed up with a more relaxed second meeting the following week. This process is important to us to find the right person and also for them to find the right housemates and home.

We are looking for a woman (30+) who wants a home and who is clean and tidy, which is very important. Someone, who is not just looking for a short-term let, but wants to put down some roots.
