Living Room

We have a large double room available now.

The room is the largest in the house and a great space if you need to put a desk in for home working. The room is unfurnished. I’ve lived in the house for 7 years but have decided now is the time to make a new start and move in with my partner.

We have a shared living room and a small garden that catches some good sun in the mornings.

The rent is inclusive of all bills, which includes a fortnightly cleaner. We have a private landlord so there are no agency fees when moving in.

The remaining housemates are Erick, Ray and Ronan. We’re laid back, social creatures with busy work and social lives but like to chill out together when our schedules allow or have a night out when that’s a thing again. It’s been a nice easy year living with them despite everything that’s gone on in the world.

We're all home a lot more than usual but have enjoyed hanging out, watching films and playing games in the front room. We cook together occasionally/ I give Ray some leftovers...

We're happy to hang out but also respect each other's privacy, particularly whilst working from home in the daytime.

We're in Arsenal so positioned nicely between Highbury and Finsbury Park. We're close to Upper Street and Stoke Newington so there are plenty of options around here to keep you entertained despite the ongoing restrictions. There's also a good selection of independent cafes, shops and restaurants less than a minute away on Blackstock Road.

Nearest tubes are Arsenal and Finsbury Park which are both 5-7 minutes away, Highbury & Islington is a 15 minute walk.

We have some great parks nearby. Clissold Park is the closest (and is my favourite) we are also walking distance to Finsbury Park and Highbury Fields. Perfect for your daily exercise now we have another lockdown.
