You would have a spacious double light room on my new comfortable sofa bed designed for daily use,, chest of drawers, place to hang clothes, a table and chairs. The private en-suite has a shower,, toilet and washbasin. There is constant hot water. You also have use of the fully equipped kitchen with a door onto a balcony. The Location is ideal for enjoying London as well as transport. It is very convenient being 3 minutes from Baker St station, bus stops and Regents Park yet it is in a quiet side street, food shops and cafes on hand. Marylebone High St with its many shops, cafes, and restaurants is a 10 minute walk. You can reach the heart of the West End in 10 minutes in a bus or 20 minutes walking.
Most of the time I am the only other resident though occasionally my son stays or other friends in the third bed room. I am often away in my country cottage so you would be the only occupier.. When I am away you could use the living room with the TV. I have had previous lodgers and always had a friendly relationship. Unfortunately the last one lost his job in London due to Covid. I am looking for a responsible person who I can feel happy leaving in charge when I am away. As the flat is not available at weekends it will only suit someone whose main home is elsewhere and only has to be in London in the week. It may be possible to stay the occasional weekend by prior arrangement.
