Bills included: hot water and central heating. Additional bills 50 pounds per month payment to the landlady for contribution towards common area cleaning in the flat, council tax, water rates and tv licence fees and there is an additional 30 pounds approximately per month for electricity contribution (for applicances and lighting) and the broadband, which the tenants deal with directly. Accordingly with all bills included it is approximately 1320 per month.
