**Bright Double Room in Marylebone (W1H 2NL) – Great Location & Friendly Flatmate Wanted**

We’re looking for a friendly, tidy and easygoing flatmate to take a lovely double room in our flat in the heart of Marylebone (W1H 2NL)

**The Room**
A bright and well-proportioned double bedroom with plenty of natural light. The room comes unfurnished, giving you the chance to make it your own. There is, however, the option to purchase the current bed and drawers from the outgoing flatmate if helpful.

**The Flat**
The flat is clean, well-maintained and in the process of being furnished (bed-room, and living room), with a large space for a living room and a well-equipped kitchen with all the essentials. It’s a relaxed home - somewhere we can enjoy a chat over dinner or a glass of wine, while also respecting each other’s space

**Location**
Right in Marylebone, extremely well connected with just a short walk (5-10mins) to several stations (1) Baker Street (2) Marleybone (3) Marble arch station (4) Edgware road (5) Paddington station (~20mins walk), with Regent’s Park, Hyde park, and Marylebone High Street all nearby. Surrounded by great cafés, restaurants, pubs and local shops — everything you need on your doorstep

**About You**
We’re ideally looking for a professional (25–40) who’s considerate, clean and sociable but independent. Someone who treats the flat like a home and contributes to a friendly, easygoing atmosphere
