We are a 31 year old couple who have a spare double room in a bright, spacious and airy flat available Monday to Friday.

The room is fully furnished with plenty of storage. As well as this decent size double - you also have a separate bathroom which includes toilet and shower.

The flat is in a Georgian mansion, located in Balham - approx an 8min walk to both Clapham South and Balham tube stations.

In addition to the above, the room comes with off street parking. We have sky sports, netflix, WiFi and a fortnightly cleaner.

We are a friendly couple who are looking for an easy going professional who enjoys keeping the place tidy.

As mentioned above, we are looking to let the room Monday to Friday only so this would suit someone who wants a base during the working week.
