My housemate and I are both moving out of our Balham house leaving two rooms available. The house is in an amazing area, half way between Balham and Clapham South stations and a really short walk to Clapham Common.
It has 2 full bathrooms with an extra toilet downstairs, 4 double bedrooms and a large kitchen and reception area. Also has a great patio and garden out the back!
Both bedrooms are large, light and airy. The bigger one has a walk-in wardrobe and plenty of other storage. Both are furnished.
The housemates that will be staying are Paddy and Rebecca (in their early and late 20's). Both are really social, fun and tidy. We are a very social house and enjoy hanging out together but also have our own busy lives.
The rooms will be available on 9th July.
