Double room In Clapham South/Balham

Hi all!

Sadly our lovely housemate Meadhbh is moving to Australia so we're looking for someone to fill the room from from the end of Feb.
The bedroom is on the second floor and comes furnished (double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside table). Our house is very spacious; we have a shared living room that we use a lot in the evenings (which also has a dining room table), a large bathroom with a bath and shower and a garden for BBQs in the summer.

The house is a 15 minute walk to Clapham South station (zone 2) and a 15 minute walk to Balham station (zone 3). There are also several buses at the end of the road that get you to Clapham Common and Brixton in 10 minutes. The area is very green and residential, but accessible to the city. Our street is nice and quiet so we never have any issues with noise. There's a little Sainsbury's and gym a couple of minutes walk away.
You would be living with 3 girls, an Irish, English and Aussie - Ciara, Molly and myself (Bonnie). It's a sociable house and we all enjoy spending time together whether it be binging Netflix or having a cheeky wine, but are equally happy to do our own thing and respect each others space.

Rent is £600, bills are £115pcm, the deposit is around £589. (All standard bills covered and includes a fortnightly cleaner)
