We are looking for somebody to rent a lovely, fully furnished double room in a 3 bed flat in buzzy Balham.

The rent is £800 pcm (exc bills)

Property includes:

- A huge communal living room with space for nights in in front of the telly

- Large kitchen which is really high quality with washer, dishwasher, fridge freezer, gas hob & dining table

- Bathroom with bath / shower (shared between 2 because one of the rooms has an ensuite)

- A balcony off one of the bedrooms so hopefully we can have a small bbq and sit out and enjoy the sunshine!

The house is 30 seconds from Balham High Road, close to lots of nice restaurants and pubs and less than a 10 minute walk from both Balham tube/train station and Clapham South tube. Plus Clapham Common is just up the road.

The bedroom advertised comes furnished with a double bed, large wardrobe and chest of drawers.

A little bit about us... Two friendly professionals Colm & Cappi. Colm is a music teacher and Cappi in marketing/branding. We are very sociable and look forward to sharing a night in chatting or in front of the telly with the latest netflix series and a takeaway! However, we are both equally very busy doing our own thing and so don't live out of each others pockets. We'd definitely prefer a housemate that wants to get to know us!
