Bright King Sized room in huge three bed flat

It is with a heavy heart I leave my gorgeous flat and flatmates to move in with my boyfriend.

My room has a KING SIZED bed (heaven) and loads of built in wardrobe storage space. The bathroom has a new shower and the living areas are great for three people - can hang out for TV or dinner, but not on top of each other.

The flat is on the upper level and is very spacious. Peaceful quiet location, but bars and restaurants of Clapham and Balham are just a walk away (Clapham South tube is 15 min walk, Balham 12 min walk). Five mins to the farmers market, Devonshire and Bedford pubs and ten to Sainsbury’s.

Lovely garden with BBQ and outdoor seating area is perfect for evenings with flatmates/mates. I lock my bike securely down there also.

Great transport connections - my commute is amazing, overground trains go from Balham to Victoria in 10 minutes.

The girls - two young professionals from Ireland who work in the city. Love a wine and a hangout and chat after work, or house trip down the pub for drinks and rugby, but otherwise there is space in the flat to get on with your own things.

you will take over my lease (till 15 April, but we are looking for someone who wants to make it a home!)

The landlord deals with us direct and is really responsive but there is an agency for the contract and rent is paid monthly to them.

Bills are 110 per month and include everything (gas, electric, council tax, broadband, and a cleaner every fortnight).

No couples or pets.
