I've lived in the house for 3 amazing years and am now moving in with my girlfriend.
The house is a big 5 bed house with a massive open planned living room/kitchen room with bi-fold doors into a big back garden. The kitchen has a sonos speaker system in the ceiling and under floor heating throughout.
The bedrooms are arranged over the top two floors with two shared bathrooms.
The bedroom that's available has a big bay window with tonnes of natural light. There are two big built in wardrobes with drawers and over head cupboard space. It's unfurnished but depending on requirements can be flexible and may sell some items if of interest.
The Housemates:
The existing housemates are two guys and two girls - an Englishman, an Irishman and two Aussie girls!
All four of them work in central London and enjoy going out midweek and weekends and it's a fairly sociable house. Ideally they are looking for a housemate who will be part of the house and is fairly sociable whilst being clean and considerate of the house.
Rent covers all bills, council tax, contents insurance and wifi.
Weekly cleaner; take it turns to pay and costs £30.
