We have a great double room for rent in a nice share house in Balham.

The room itself has a good size with a built-in wardrobe and a comfy double bed. The house has a large furnished living room with a dinning table and plenty of space, there's a small balcony accessible through the living room too. The kitchen includes all standard appliances including a washing machine. The bathroom includes a bath with shower. There's additional storage space all over the flat too. You’d be sharing with two easy going male professionals.

The flat is situated almost exactly halfway between Balham tube station and Wandsworth Common Rail Station. Balham it's a great area with nice pubs, restaurants, lots of trendy places to have brunch, and all the shops you expect from an high street like a big Sainsbury's, Waitrose, Boots and so on. Clapham and Tooting Bec are just around the corner and Balham Leisure centre is the closest gym. It takes about 30min to get to central London and Balham also has trains to Victoria.

The room rent is £638, the deposit is £600, to cover bills each of us chip in with £85 monthly. The apartment is rent through an agency who will need to do a reference check (free).
