Lovely Double Room in Balham

We are looking for a couple/single to join our gorgeous flat in Balham.

We have been living with another couple(our friends) for the last year and a half. They have just bought a house so are moving out. Its a proper little home so we are hoping to find someone/a couple who will fit in well here :)

The Flat:
It is a spacious ground floor flat with a large living room, and large kitchen/dining room. We are lucky to have a really large garden where we have hosted many bbqs and have spent lots of summer days/evenings enjoying it. As 2 couples living together the flat has never felt cramped and its lovely to have the kitchen and living room as two seperate social areas.

We have a cleaner that comes fortnightly but we also love a clean home in between that, so tidy flatmates necessary!

Us:
Me(Jacqui) and Andy have been living in London the last 5+ years and are both from New Zealand. We enjoy travelling and are always trying to find new places to go. Andy is sports mad(rugby especially). We both love catching up with friends. We enjoy a night out every now and then, glass of wine/beer in the evenings but also love a chilled night too!

The Room:
The room available used to be our room. It has lovely high ceilings. There is one fitted wardrobe and space to fit another wardrobe(as we have done previously). The room will be furnished with a bed only, and I am happy to leave the additional wardrobe in there too, if you need it.
