We’re sadly losing two of our housemates at the end of next month and we’re looking for two new flatmates to replace them.

The two rooms available are massive and both come with:

- masses of inbuilt storage or wardrobes
- chest drawers
- bedside table
- double bed
- new carpets

They’re available on the 24th December with rent at £731.25pcm + £90 to cover all bills including a cleaner who comes every two weeks to clean the communal areas. The contract 12 months with 6-month break clause.

The house is beautiful; recently renovated (including brand new, modern bathroom with rain shower), it’s spread over three floors with four massive double bedrooms and two bathrooms (one with a bath) so there’s never a fight for the shower. Both bedrooms have just had their windows replaced with double glazing so super warm & both with blackout blinds.

- 1 very large living room with 2 new sofas, 42" TV with NowTV + Netflix & large 6 person dining table (and soon to be a Christmas tree).
- huge kitchen with tons of storage space and a small dining table
- 2 brand new bathrooms
- brand new carpet in all communal areas and bedrooms
- washing machine and separate dryer plus communal clothes airers.

The house is:

- 5 min walk to Balham tube/Sainsbury's/shops/pubs
- 2 min to Wandsworth Common Station
- 15 min walk to Clapham Common
- 8 min tube to Clapham Junction

About Us:
We both work full time and have our own busy lives but we also hang out together in the flat watching movies, drinking beer and ordering pizza. Both big fans of going for a quiet pint and ending up doing shots in a German bar with an oompah band at 1am.

We're very friendly and sociable – and we’re looking for housemates we can get along with who don’t just keep to themselves. We’re looking for a guy and a girl to keep the balance (there’s only so much football I can be subjected to).
