Hi everyone, myself and one of my other flatmate are moving out of our lovely three bedroom flat in Balham as we have tenancies starting elsewhere. Our third flatmate Dan is staying so there are two rooms available to rent for a total price of £1483/month. You can decide the split between the rooms.

One of the rooms is very big, with a double bed, two wardrobes, a chest of drawers and space for a desk. The other is more compact with a double bed, one wardrobe and a chest of drawers.

It is less than a 10 minute walk to Balham and Tooting Bec tube stations (northern line) and a 10 minute walk to Wandsworth Common overground station (which is a 3 minute journey to Clapham Junction). It is ideally located to all major transport links.

This flat would suit two young professionals looking to move into a social and homely place. Our remaining flatmate, Dan, is a top bloke who works as a parliamentary assistant so is busy during the week but likes to get out into London on the weekend and enjoys watching sport and going for casual drinks at the local pubs. He is very easygoing and chatty and keeps the place clean and tidy.
